We provide health and residential care and services for older adults in a modern, yet comfortable and home-like, environment. Each individual’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs — key ingredients for happiness — are what Mother of Mercy is all about. This is an exceptional place; we have regularly achieved A+ ratings from the Minnesota Department of Health and once received the honor — rarely given — of a rating of “zero deficiencies”! We are proud of our facilities and the work we do and invite you to come for a visit. Whether your interest is our Care Center (nursing home), our assisted or autonomous living residences, Memory Lane, or our rent-assisted apartments, you are always welcome.
